Anthony Reiter

(born March 16, 1950 in Danzig, died. Feb ruary 9, 1986 in Gdansk, Poland) - Polish judoka, Olympian. Train ed Master Eng. elektronik after the University of Gdansk. Through out his career was associated with the Gdańsk Coast. In 1975, th e first Pole in history, won the European Championship. Earlier in 1973, was third in the world and second in 1974 in Europe. Collection of medals has made a bronze medal in the European Championships in 1976. 3-times Polish champion won the title (1971, 1973, 1975).
